Media Center The mission of the Dream Lake Elementary Media Center is to ensure that all students and staff become effective users of ideas and information so that they may become independent, lifelong learners, and to foster in all students, a love of reading and literature. The Media Center hours are from 7:45 A.M. to 3:15 P. M. During these hours, it is the center of activity for many students. Our activities include students checking in and out, enrichment book club sessions with Mrs. Mixson, mentors meeting with students, small group instruction and several centers available for student use. We welcome parents to check out materials and books during the day to share with your child. We have a Parent Resource Center housed in the media center with parent materials on a wide variety of subjects. Staff:
